  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Arrival is from 3 p.m.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    Prepayment

  • Will I get a full refund?

    Up to 60 days before arrival you will receive a 100% refund + a processing fee of 25€.

  • What payment terms apply?

    A deposit of 20% of the total price (including a security deposit of 150€) must be paid within 5 days of booking.
